CIVIC CENTRE INTERIOR REFURBISHMENT

The project unveils the comprehensive interior renovation of a two-story recreational sports club, with stunning vistas of a sprawling cricket ground. Our scope of work includes an exhaustive refurbishment, aligning the club with contemporary demands, and a meticulous landscape design that envelopes the entire enclave in an aura of natural grandeur. The building hosts a variety of facilities for different interests and preferences. From the badminton court to the refined ambiance of the snooker room, the club offers an array of indoor activities including two gyms, a library, and specialized spaces for yoga and dance enthusiasts.

The prominent feature of this area is the large 50-meter swimming pool, accompanied by a smaller pool for toddlers. Plans include a new building block for changing room with lockers and showers for men and women. An outdoor shower area, surrounded by colorful metal panel partition within a tropical setting. Furthermore, special rooms for massages equipped with showers and steam rooms, and lockers for storage are also planned.

The refurbishment narrative emphasizes careful attention to every detail. From the harmonious interplay of flooring patterns and material selections to the strategic selection of wall claddings and state-of-the-art sound systems for ambient music, every element has been curated to elevate the experiential quotient of the club.

Beyond the confines of its interior, the club's exterior spaces have undergone a transformative landscape and hardscape upgrade. Lush plantations dot the periphery, while serene water bodies adorned with life-sized murals grace the party lawns, creating a mesmerizing backdrop for outdoor gatherings. Meticulous attention has been given to every detail, including subtle modifications to the building's facade. These adjustments are aimed at harmonizing with the surrounding environment, using carefully selected materials to refresh the appearance of the structure while maintaining its existing character.
